From galleries and universities to hotels and high-rise towers, or a twenty person studio to global firm, Jake represents the senior talent and companies behind the build. Through hundreds of placements and seven figures in billings, he knows the industry, who's worth the conversation, and cuts through the noise fast. Aside from his professional focus, Jake is an avid tennis player, a terrible golfer, and a recovering Dallas Cowboys fan. You also might find him unwinding on his Herman Miller lounger or attempting a six minute mile. Not to mention he has a 54" box jump.

Paul brings 20+ years of experience in sales and recruitment within the architecture, construction and building materials sectors. As a sales and recruiting professional with over twenty million in signed revenue and five-hundred completed projects, he knows what consistency and dedication look like. Strategic, and a sharp communicator, Paul understands what's required to succeed. He's an optimist who believes in people and has hard-earned expertise — specializing in identifying exceptional talent and the opportunities that allow them to excel, making it a seamless process for clients and candidates alike. Outside of work, Paul is a natural athlete, a ping pong great, and a lifelong rugby player. He's also finally joined the Kew Beach Tennis Club after a 5 year waitlist, which he considers one of his finer achievements. Even more importantly, he grills a perfect medium rare steak.
